SAP solutions that hold up in daily operation.
Our focus is logistics and maintenance. We design and build the solution ourselves – and train the people who work with it afterwards.
How we work
Most SAP projects do not fail because of the technology.
Who builds what you design?
We advise and we build.Design and implementation stay in one pair of hands. There is no handover to a development shop where knowledge gets lost, and no argument about whether the design was buildable in the first place.
Do you know the operation — or only the system?
We know the side where it hurts.Warehouse processes, material flow, maintenance — the areas where SAP meets real routines, shift work and handheld scanners.
What remains when the project ends?
We pass it on.Training is not an add-on sale here, it is part of the delivery. The goal is a customer who has command of their own system.
Services
The four areas at a glance
- 01
Logistics
Where SAP meets the warehouse, material flow and the daily routine. From process design through to live operation, we build systems that work not just on paper, but on the shop floor.
- 02
Maintenance and service
Maintenance has to work in the system just as it does out at the machine. We join the two into one end-to-end process.
- 03
Development
We implement what we designed — and we implement what others designed. Across modules, not limited to the areas we advise on.
- 04
Training
We pass on what we apply in the project. The goal is a customer who needs less of us.

Logistics
SAP EWM consulting from strategy to the shop floor
- SAP EWM implementation & transformation: embedded and decentralised – from process analysis through design and implementation to go-live
- Transformation from SAP WM to EWM: replacing grown WM landscapes and moving them into future-proof EWM processes
- Automation & material flow control (MFS): integrating conveyor systems, small parts warehouses, storage lifts and PLCs directly into SAP EWM
- Intelligent warehouse processes: picking, replenishment, handling units and stocktaking – aligned with material flow and operational requirements
- Integration of warehouse technology & subsystems: end-to-end connection of automated and manual logistics systems
- Production supply: demand-driven staging and replenishment control for reliable supply to manufacturing
- Mobile warehouse processes & Fiori: modern, intuitive applications for goods receipt, putaway, transfer, picking, goods issue and stocktaking – as an alternative to classic RF and paper-based processes

Maintenance and service
SAP PM/EAM · SAP CS · S/4HANA Service
- Processes & SAP best practices: analysing and realigning processes on the basis of SAP best practices, adapted to how the company actually works
- SAP ECC & S/4HANA asset management: introducing, transforming and extending SAP PM/EAM, SAP CS and S/4HANA Service – from process design through customising and go-live to training
- Billable maintenance: connecting SAP Asset Management and S/4HANA Service end to end, from the notification to the invoice
- Phase model & checklists: modern order processing with the SAP 9-phase model and integrated checklists – from request through planning and scheduling to execution and confirmation
- Mobile maintenance: standard SAP Fiori apps, targeted extensions and custom development, so maintenance works where it happens: at the machine
- Cross-module integration: end-to-end processes integrated with materials management, production, controlling and finance
We do not just advise. We build it too — and then we pass it on.

Development
ABAP, ABAP RAP, CDS, Fiori/UI5, OData, clean core, integration — across modules
- ABAP & ABAP OO: reports, custom transactions and class frameworks that stay reusable across module boundaries
- Extend, do not modify: BAdIs, user and customer exits and enhancement spots within the SAP standard
- Form development: SAPscript, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms — including where all three generations still run side by side
- Clean core & modern development: ABAP RAP, CDS views, OData V2 and V4 and SAP Gateway development
- Reviewing and cleaning up custom code: custom code analysis and ATC checks followed by remediation, so the code base survives the next release upgrade
- Fiori & UI5: Fiori Elements for list and form based applications, freestyle SAPUI5 for scanner dialogues, assembly cockpits and confirmation screens
- Extending standard apps instead of rebuilding them: adaptation projects, key user extensibility and extension via CDS and RAP
- Integration: IDoc, EDI and ALE, RFC, REST, SOAP and OData — connecting machines, warehouse technology and logistical subsystems
- Development coordination & quality assurance: technical project management, development guidelines, code reviews and acceptance
We advise on logistics and maintenance. Development, by contrast, happens in practically every module where the customer has a need — MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM, PM/CS. We can bring external development teams into a project and lead them: task definition, onboarding, technical specifications, reviews, acceptance and handover of the development packages.

Training
Module training and technology training, in German and English
Module training
- SAP EWM
- Maintenance and service (PM/CS)
For key users and end users. Process and customising knowledge, not a click-through course.
Technology training
- ABAP and Clean ABAP
- RAP and CDS
- Fiori Elements and UI5
- Fiori launchpad and roles
- AI-assisted development with ABAP
For developers and IT. The AI course passes on how we work ourselves — it is not an AI consulting offer.
Formats: on site or remote, German or English, tailored to the customer's system rather than an off-the-shelf course.
How do I get in touch with you?
30 minutes, technical, without obligation. You describe the situation, we say honestly whether and how we can help. And if we are not the right fit, we are glad to help further through our broad network.
